Has anyone been Further along then

You were originally told/thought? At my 24 week apt I was measuring 29, I've been having lots of pressure (more so like baby has dropped and head is engaged) contractions and my belly is HUGE and I haven't shown with any of my kids until 28-30 weeks. Oh and I've had increased watery discharge - don't believe it's my water though. Should I try to get in before 28 weeks? I'm 25 weeks now, or should I wait till that apt and see what I'm measuring and if still far ahead then ask for an ultrasound?

The last period makes sense. I was supposed to be 6 ish weeks and I was told I was only 2 weeks along. I gained 90 lb with my second and never lost it so I'm not considered overweight - hence why I don't show until fairly late in my pregnancy. I'm going to ask for another ultrasound to make sure - just wasn't sure if I should go in before my 28 week apt - when it could really mean I would me 33 or so weeks.

Some babies can grow a little faster in the second trimester, and you're probably noticing your bump more because it's not your first. (Your body knows what to expect better.) If you had a first trimester ultrasound the dates are usually quite accurate. Does your last period even make it possible to be 5 weeks off?
