Braxton hicks question

I'm 34 weeks now. I'm seeing my doc tomorrow morning. But I get the Braxton hicks a lot now and just noticed that they're intensifying whenever I exercise. I noticed earlier today when I was walking around my sister's school that they got worse the more I walked around. I'll be mentioning it tomorrow but any ideas about it?

It happens to me too. My doc advised i stay well hyrated and take rests if it happens while walking and or excersing. Also if more than 5 in an hour i suoupd go to the hospital. I would definately im not a ftm but its my first time experiencing braxtin hicks

Yeah. I was pretty paranoid in the beginning but I've calmed down a lot and want to keep it that way now

Ok. Just curious as a ftm. Trying not to worry myself to much especially since I'm so close

That it's very normal, happened to me all the time, especially the closer you get to your due date the more often they occur and intense they become
