nutriment?

I have been having tooth probs this pregnancy and it's made it difficult to eat. My top tooth on my left and riight side of my mouth have issues. Just recently got my left tooth pulled and it was horrible.  Since it's healing Nd my other tooth hurts it's been hard to chew and I haven't been gaining much weight. I have been supplementing with at least one can a day and was wondering if it's good or bad. I haven't found anything saying pregnant women can't drink nutriment but I was wondering if any of you could give me your opinions or let me know of anything else I can substitute with because I feel like I'm not eating enough.
