^^^ exactly what she said. I went through the same thing. Was having frequent BH and ended up going in and I was dehydrated. Just because you drink a lot of water, doesn't mean you can't be dehydrated. My electrolytes were way off and I didn't even know it. Now I keep V8 and gateriad in the fridge and drink some at least a couple times a day if not more.

You need more than just water to stay hydrated! If your electrolyte balance is off it can cause you to have contractions, and although technically you are getting enough fluids, it's still considered dehydration.

Wow u had the same thing this past Sunday I went in because of contractions and came to find out I was dehydrated also but luckily my contractions stopped and they checked my cervix to see if I was dilated and they said I was 0 which was something very good because I was 26 weeks Sunday. Turn 27 weeks this Saturday. Go to the doctor or labor and delivery hun if you feel something not right
