My doctor suggests taking a few tums through out the day:) milk doesn't settle right with my baby bump. I've never experienced heart burn but if you had more reason to take them plus get calcium.
yogurt! it tastes good and provides calcium.
Don't take calcium supplements even tums too close to the time of taking your prenatals. Calcium slows the absorption of iron.
Almond milk is yummy and has more calcium than milk
