Anxiety

Hi guys new here. Sooooo this is baby number #2... had my little girl 4 years ago and she is the best thing to ever have entered my life if i could have molded her myself she would be as she is now =) very much blessed. However my labor with her was so traumatic I  am still not over it! Ever since her birth I have suffered anxiety. . Sometimes I feel she is so alone and i want her to have a companion to experience family life with but I have been too scared about labor its taken me 4 years to fall prego again ! & here I am 3 weeks pregnant so! Happy but already up wide eyed stressing about labor. I am thinking about doing the crazy and considering a c section.  Because I dont know if it is normal to be under sooo much stress so early on ! I realy want to enjoy my pregnany as I truly am so happy but arrrrghhh so stressed!

I didn't have a traumatic labor but it was scary because I had an emergency c-section. With that being said I'm actually excited to  go into labor and try for a VBAC with an epidural. (I tried natural before the emergency and it was painful). If you feel a cesarean is right for you then by all means do it because you don't want to stress your body while pregnant. I will say recovering from a cesarean is no fun and you will be limited on what you can do for a couple weeks. Let's face it, it's a major surgery. But if it's right for you, then do it. Just research before you decide. I hope your labor goes well even though it's far off! :)

I am exactly the same somthing as simple as a bloodtest freaks me out! My labor was 8 hrs long with Dina all I took was the gas but that litraly made my brain fry! I was hallucinating!FAinted twice while in labour only for a few secounds but was still so scary. Hopefully this time round goes well for us both! They say each labor gets better im guessing thats bulls#it

I'm 9 weeks pregnant,  I have a 12 year old and 18 months old. Yes when I went into labor I didn't have anytime for the epidural because the baby's head was almost out. Some women can bear pain but me I have a low pain tolerance and I felt the excruciating pain of labor I was screaming really loud all the nurses on the and even the doctor rushed in shaking

I'm not sure what you went through but perhaps watching 'The Business of Being Born' on Netflix and 'Pregnant in America' on YouTube. There's other movies but I haven't watched them. Perhaps these could help you..
