Could be pelvic girdle pain. If you're in, intolerable pain then go to the doctors to get checked out. If you can wait until your next appt then bring it up to your doctor. Could be multiple things but at least you're almost done just a few more weeks. These are the hardest to get through and when everything get uncomfortable. Look up PGP though and see if the symptoms match up.

From my research on essure... Its not the best thing out there. Try looking up essure side effects. There's a whole bunch of issues and seeing your other post you have some too.

When I told an acquaintance about it, which my research was only days before she mentioned she was going to go on it, decided not to.

Hopefully nothing else happens to you in your pregnancy due to the essure... But if you can remove it after giving birth, please do so.

There looks to be a number of lawsuits against them for this product.

Does it come and go or pretty constant? When you can, check with your Dr. Worst case, it could be a kidney stone or gal stones if its not labor pains.

Then again it could be because your bad pelvis, from how your sleeping, baby positioning, etc. Try sleeping with a pillow wedged at your back and at an angle. You'll still be off your vena cava but perhaps less pressure on the pelvic area by not being completely on your side.
