Google melatonin.... It's the natural substance your body produces to help you fall asleep when you wake up the lights On you're doing stuff your body stops producing melatonin and you actually become a week if you were to not turn the lights on and not turn your phone on and not turn the TV on or anything like that and just lay there in the dark he would eventually fall asleep because that's when your body produces melatonin. I would suggest making your husband's lunch at night or plan on making it and being up for the rest of the day interrupted sleep is a big issue for when you're expecting because you're not going to get a full nights sleep for a long time it's been two years for me
