Carpel tunnel :-(

Hey ladies is anyone else suffering with carpel tunnel I had it a few years ago but only flared up every other night or so and just went away after the cold... I'm 25 weeks tomorrow and I get it sooo bad in both my hands :-( I can't even hold my coffee in the morning the pain is excruciating I never had if with my other 2 kids but this is seriously horrible I brought a splint but doesn't seem to be helping any :-( and suggestions to help with it I can't sleep at night or anything it's poo :-(

I have it in my right wrist...it has been bothering me a lot recently. I'm 21 weeks, baby 4, thank goodness my two oldest are 7 & 8 and have been a huge help with their 1yo brother, but it's hard to drive, hold things, clean etc I use a computer for work which doesn't help....hope you get some relief soon!!!

Hi, I have the same problem and well since I had it even prior to my pregnancy I had already been going to therapy. At this point is the only thing that helps and rest. If you work and your work is being affected let your boss know, they might be able to help you through workers compensation to at least help with the cost of the therapy sessions. It helps a lot and after I feel relieved. Good luck.

I'm in the same boat and it's awful. I wish I had advice for you but I'm looking for relief as well. 32 weeks and my hands are constantly numb and on pins n needles. Hopefully you don't work in a job where you use a lot of repetitive motions!
