Anyone ever heard of this or experienced anything like this???

I'm having an issue the last few days. I took two first response tests the other day one in the morning and one a few hours later (i have no idea why lol) waited a few minutes both times and they both appeared to be negative. I have never had evap lines on first response a negative has always stayed stark white. Then when I went to throw them away a couple hours later there was a very obviously pink line on both of them that looked like positive tests and nothing like an evap. But since your not supposed to read them after ten minutes I just threw them away.

I then bought 3 dollar tree tests and have taken one each morning for the last 3 days. Each one a line shows up but it takes almost the whole ten minutes to show up and the line is super light but definitely there. I am really confused as I have never had this happen. My last period was dec 14th so I should be getting easy positives although I know I ovulated late and usually have 31 day cycles. None of the lines look like evaps they are very light pinkish and just as wide as the control.

I know know one can tell me if i am pregnant or not but what does everyone think and has this ever happened to anyone when they were pregnant?? Thanks :)

Thank you Charhelm. I had miscarriage at 8 weeks in 2003. It was worse than this physically and emotionally but it still hurts regardless. Last time I knew I was pregnant for over a month. At least this time it all happened within a week. But like I said it still hurts to lose something you want. My endometriosis has gotten worse over the years and since I had my daughter almost 2 years ago. May be more difficult for me to carry now with so many issues. It took us a little over 1 1/2 to conceive my daughter so I did have issues before her as well. Something I may have to deal with.

UPDATE: My lines never got any darker and pregnancy was confirmed through blood test. Second blood test showed lower hormone. Pregnancy was not progressing and that's why lines didn't get darker. Bleeding started this morning. So miscarriage at approx 4-5 weeks :( just wanted to let everyone know what happened cuz I have noticed a lot of people never post what happens.

I would get a digital one that says pregnant or not pregnant. I have had a lot of issues with lines lol they never like to show up even when I am pregnant.

I am on my 5 th  pregnancy and all of them were like that. I don't seem to have as high of hormones at first..so the tests don't work as well for me. I found that this time the first response early test worked better for me but I still tested like 5 or 6 times. Good luck and let us know!

My test was extremely light but doc told me if it's a line its positive so me n hubby bought another 2 days later n line was darker my period was always messed up was 12 weeks late but 6 weeks pregnant

I wish I could post a pic of one of the tests and you gals could tell me what you thought. I just didn't know it could ever take almost 10 minutes for the lightest pink line to show up. I heard the dollar store tests were good :(

I'm going to get some more tests I'm just confused on why this is happening and I have never heard of this or had anything like this happen and I am the queen of pregnant tests lol

I've had problems with test with lines so I only buy the digital ones, they are a little bit more expensive but there is no questioning whether or not you see a line when your suppose to. My advice is take a digital one. Good luck!

With my second I took a rite aid brand test & after 3 minutes it was negative so I threw it away & went to work. After I was showering that night & getting dressed I noticed it was positive. I ran to Walmart at 10:30pm to buy another so it would be a different brand & sure enough 5 minutes later it was positive. Try to use 1st morning urine without drinking a lot before hand so it's not diluted. Good luck!
