Chiropractor
Has anyone gone to a chiropractor the last week of pregnancy and had it help? I don't know if it's wishful thinking or not but I just went and now I'm experiencing more movement and some cramping! I guess we'll see how long it continues. I'd love for her to come today and share my bday with me! ;D

It does help and they can line your back to where it can help speed up the labor process... I wish I would have gone this time around... I gave birth 7 days ago and feel like I was hit by a mac truck... my whole body just aches... I definitely recommend it... I'm going back to the chiropractor in like 2 weeks when my back has sorted itself out a little and I don't hurt in my perineal area
