Coffee... I love it

I drink 3-4 cups per day.  On the other hand, I usually drink plenty of water and rarely any soda. Should I be concerned at how much caffeine I'm consuming? Anyone have any beliefs surrounding caffeine during pregnancy?

I'm in the same boat. I looooove my coffee. I don't drink soda and haven't had one energy drink since I found out I was pregnant but kicking the coffee habit is really tough cause I'm always tired too

Also it gets your baby addicted to caffeine if your drinking that much a day. Its not good. Try to cut back to a cup a day.

All research I have done says 200 milligrams per day, which is about one 12-ounce cup of coffee no matter how much water you drink.
