Contractions Question

I'm 37 weeks 1 day and I'm just wondering with contractions and timing them, do you time from when one finishes to when the next begins? I'm not having any contractions at the moment, I just want to be prepared for when they start. Any feedback would be awesome :)

Hi, you can download an app that will keep track of contractions- you just press the button when one starts and then when it finishes. It will show you how long each contraction lasts and how long between them. The one I have is just called contraction timer :) I'm in week 37 too and also wanted to be prepared!

Time them from the beginning of one contraction to the beginning of the next one.
