extreme pressure ..
So I'm having some issues I have extreme pressure down in my vagina almost feels like it's swollen on top of that I keep getting sharp short pains and light cramps on and off .. I'm 28weeks pregnant don't know if I should go into L&D or the ER for this I'm so uncomfortable
I'm putting it off til tomorrow it has lightened up some and no cramps so if we have the same problem tmrw I'll go in for now I'm staying rested

I had the same thing happen when I was 25wks. Ended up going to L & B. They told me I had a serve bladder infection that was causing bladder spasms. (Hurt so bad, thought I was having contractions) They gave me meds and within a few days I was fine.
A definite call first to talk to a doctor or midwife about your symtpoms. They should let you know whether to go in or not. I felt the same symptoms just last week and i called my midwife at Labor & Delivery. For me, the midwife said my baby was putting pressure on my sciatic nerve and she stayed on the phone with me instructing me what to do until i felt comfortable. Listen to your body to make the best decision. If the pain is unbearable then going in may be best. However if its just uncomfortable a quick call to your doctor should help a lot
