Could this be early labor?

I'm I'm 38 weeks and 3 days. I'm having a lot of lower back pain when I stand up straight and hurting with pressure in my business area. He has already dropped so could thi be the start of labor?

Thanks i have back pain when I stand to long but this is as soon as I stand up and now I've been laying and it's all still hurting. With my daughter I didn't have contractions until I was already about to push I just had a lot of back pain

Yes. But that is a sign of labor. Just depends on ur body. I kno if i stand for a long time my back hurts. But when i was havin contractions no matter what i did my back and abdomen was hurting. Hope this helps!

Thanks! But is it normal to have the back pain where it's hurts to stand up straight but hurts not to also if that makes sense

Yes and you are considered full term, so it would be early labor just labor :))!! Good luck !

Yeah, I would strongly suggest heading to the hospital... just a thought
