when to tell them?

I've been employed by my company as a care assistant for 6 years and have just gone back to work in November after 9 months maternity leave. When I went back I didn't know I was pregnant again but am now worried about telling my boss as don't know what she is going to say. When do people reckon I should tell her as I'm only 7+4 but my job is quite heavy and I don't want to risk anything happening as had a miscarriage in the past?

I'm a care assistant and I'm 28 weeks still working,, I plan on working till I'm 34 weeks :) I wouldn't tell ur boss till u start showing

I'd gwt it out asap. Youre alowed to have your own lifebso there's nothing they can do if they are happy or not

I was close with my boss and I told her when I was around 10 weeks. I was a server which required heavy lifting which I was nervous about. Once I told her, she was extremely understanding and didn't let me lift anything heavy.
