cramping when I walk

I'm 28 weeks and it's been happening for a few months, when I walk a distance or even through the store I get cramping/Sharp pain in my right lower abdomen. Kind of like period cramps. Anyone else experience this?

I've been having the same pain since 24 weeks. I'm 31+1 now. I talked to my ob and she said it's just a combination of growing pains and pressure from the baby. A belly band helped me

It could be round ligament pain. When experiencing the pain try drinking plenty of water and resting. If it doesn't ease up your OB is always there to answer questions!!

Its your baby putting pressure on your obdominal. Because now your babys growing really fast and soon it will double its size with in few weeks. As it dont have enough space to move it will be making you uncomfortable.  If its still painfull speak to ur doctor and request a scan to see if babys ok. X

I have talked to Dr about it before and everything looked ok. I'm not having contractions. Not sure what it is or what to do.

Yes I have had that too im now 30 weeks.  The best thing to do is go to ur midwife and get checked. It can be anything but they say when you have cramps aswell as braxton hicks you should ring your midwife straight away.  X also relax and dont over do any work.
