Cherry juice. Works just as good as pry.es but tastes way better.
I drink a green tea a day. Make sure it's natural without caffeine. Eat fruits which are antioxidants they help a lot!
I've had the same issue this pregnancy. All fruits that start with the letter P, help when you are constipated. And spinach. I actually make a smoothie with pears, pineapple, peaches and spinach. I drink it with my stool softener and magic happens. Avoid starched like whit pasta and white rice, switch to whole grain. Food is a major factor in all this. Hope you get relief soon.
Or lots of stone fruits like apricots and plums. Try and drink LOTS of water and also liquorice is good. Stay away from full cream things and sugar. Hope this helps.
