Drag racing noise?

Does anyone know if the noise from the cars racing can harm the baby? My hubby and I were given tickets but I'm worried about it being too loud.

I was worried about that with guns. I like to go shooting and I'm afraid the baby will be freaking out from the noise. They say they can hear and that loud noises can startle them. Theynsaynthey can recognize moms voice. So I don't know. If its a continous loud noise it might not startle them but gun shots might. In don't think it would hurt their hearing because they are protected in their son the sound is probly more muffled and not as loud...but a loud noise could startle them.

I plan on going to a Luke Bryan concert at 8 months pregnant!   Noise should be fine. I would be more concerned about the exhaust dragsters produce and would sit further down the strip. I am sure you will be fine!

I went to a monster truck show with 3 year old son. I was 6 months pregnant at the time. The loud noise just made baby move around a bit :)

Thank you! Something is telling me not to go, so I don't think I will but feel bad because I know he would love to go. I told him to go ahead and go but he won't go without me.

He's pretty well protected.  I work at a casino and work concerts! Imagine that noise! My doc said my baby will be fine.
