i can't seem to make my belly happy...

I'm 11 weeks.. it seems I'm at the point where everything I eat makes me sick.. by the time I get done cooking food, I don't want it anymore.. if I go without eating for a period of time it upsets my stomach.. I can't seem to win...

The only thing I could eat were potatoes.. I ate them almost everyday for about 4 months straight.. I couldn't even drink water without throwing it up.. Milk was my best friend lol

I am 12 weeks and I feel the same way nothing sounds good nothing tastes good and nothing stays down. I have already lost 24 pounds in the last month. Everyone keeps telling me it will get better. I sure hope so because this is the pits. Best of luck to you. At least I know I am not the only one feeling like this now

Premium Plus crackers and granola bars really helped me. I'm at 11 weeks and things feel better lately as long as I watch what I'm cooking. (Nothing acidic and no chicken... I can eat chicken if I don't see it cooking however).

I am right there with you. I'm 10 weeks and nothing tastes good, nothing sounds good and so on. I have tried the crackers and they help a little, I've recently started drinking some ginger ale. I'm just hoping that by 13 weeks I will like food again.

Graham crackers have been my go-to. I try to have something in my stomach because it gets so uncomfortable if empty. It helps so much to have the crackers as a mild snack. Hope you feel better soon!
