It helps soften your cervix and is said by many women that its great for helping not to tear during delivery and makes a natural delivery more favourable...most doctors will recommend it but shouldnt be taken til your at least 36 weeks..you get in in most pharmacies and health shops..you can start taking one 1000mg orally and inserting one vaginally and after a week or so you can insert 2,its best to do it at night when you go to bed..i have yet to hear anything bad about it and i have read up a lot on it and only heard good things,hope that helps
