First trimester is always the hardest for food..just make sure you are taking prenatals and going to doctors..and ask them any questions or concerns you have :) alot of women lose weight in first trimester just keep trying as hard as you can!
It is normal. I actually lost weight and in my six months pregnant, I gained it back so I'm only over 2 pounds over my initial weight. But my baby has grown normally and everything is fine. Eat what ur stomach can take right now and take ur prenatals.
