My nipples are getting darker, I am on my 19th week. Is this normal?  I am getting concerned about it.. is it normal?  What can I do to prevent it?

Mine got hugeee and really dark and they went back to normal size and color after 2 years. Now I'm pregnant again and it's happening faster and darker lol I know they didn't have a problem going back to normal after 2 yrs so I know they will go back to normal eventually.  ;) Don't worry its not permanent. ♡♡♡

It's just part of being pregnant. Mine went back a little after I gave birth to my kids. Hopefully they do after this one. Idk why I also got a darker color under my boobs too.

It is normal. They darken and the areola gets bigger because baby's vision is poor in the beginning of life. This is creating a contrast to help baby find food more easily. Even if you could prevent it, there are natural reasons for the change for baby's advantage.

Is normal.  There is nothing you can do. It will go away after the pregnancy.
