does anyone else find that they wake up soaking wet? Down there after inserting epo? Lucky I been wearing pants to bed but woke up this morning and they where soaked was beginning to think my waters had broken or something anyone??
epo is evening primrose which you can buy in a tables then insert in to your vagina to help thin your cervics
evening primose oil.. It supposed to help soften the cervix

It is messy. I had my husband put them in as far as they could go. it helped a little. But epo is messy. Just wear a pad to bed:)
When you use epo its very messy.
