In the beginning of my pregnancy I did cycling and swimming. I also did a lot of stretches on the exercise ball.
Ya with zumba u forsure have to modify... we have women in our class up into there 9th month dancing thier butts off I love it lol they look adorable♥
I do pregnant yoga and bicycle I use to do zumba but cant now that im pregnant no way not risking to pull anything or baby gd luck
I love Zumba too but i wouldn't starting Zuma though if you weren't doing it before your pregnancy only because it is a lot of jumping and can be intense. Yoga is a good idea. It really is a good workout and you don't bounce around or exert too much. It is amazing for strength and flexibility and burns calories too.
Well im big into zumba and when I got pregnant my doctor said thats a great workout that it wouldnt hurt to keep doing it but just in moderation. If ur body is used to working out it shouldnt be an issue to continue.
