Why are you still seeing your midwife every 4wks... You should be at every 2wks being that you are 30 weeks... I'm 28 and I'm at the point of my 2wk visits... You should check with your appointments and find out why they are so far apart if you don't already know... But anyways make sure you do call if you don't feel better by Monday...

Have you checked your blood pressure recently? Im only 16 weeks but I was feeling that same way off and on. When i went to the doc on Wednesday she said its because my blood pressure is running real low(80/50) so even the slightest drop makes me feel like that. Just a thought, but if it continues id definitely call your doc to be safe!

you could have a virus cuz I know I felt like that a few days ago and was in a few days I felt normal so I chalked it up to a virus and my OB agreed honestly lots of rest drink lots of fluids eat well and if you still feel weired with in few days (because of virus normally only lastes up to 72 hours) I would talk to your OB
