Act out different scenes concerning baby such as labor ha ha did that at my friends baby shower and it was co ed and the guys picked that one I giggled for hours as the girls had to guess the scene

Heres one i heard of AFTER my shower sadly:
take a plastic baby put it in a tray of water to makw ice cubes. As people arive have them get a drink with the baby ice cube in it. Let everyone know thatvwhen the baby is "freed" from the ice cube to shout "MY WATER BROKE" and the first 1-3 people get a prize :)

My friend surprised me with one. Her ideas were : drinking out of a bottle small newborn nipple. Fastest one win.   And dressed a baby doll blind folded (the expecting mom) .those this .evieryone else laughed and tried tricking me. And everyone had to get toilet paper and GUESS the correct size of my belly without measuring me. Closest one wins . That's what I could remember. This was for my first baby. After that r had none . Hope these ideas r good

Baby food guess. Take the labels off and whoever guesses the most right wins. Also melt mini candy bars in a diaper and they guess the type it is.

Give everyone a hawian lay or beaded necklace
If someone says the word baby and someone cals them on it they give up the necklace and the person with the most necklaces at the end wins some prize at the end of the shower.

Also you could get some dolls and dipers and have a speed dipper changing compation

My cousin at her shower did a "guess how big mommy's tummy is" where you would cut a strand of yarn to the length that you would guess would be how long around the mom's belly was.

At mine, my mom had everyone play a game where they were to "finish the nursery rhyme", and you can do baby related word searches, or baby related scrambled words.

I haven't really seen much else, but then again I've only been to 3 showers, and one of which was my own. Good luck! Try googling ideas, I've heard pinterest is great for stuff like that!
