Awww! That is super sweet. I love your dad & I don't even know him! Haha.
Everyone else: thanks for sharing your wonderful positive words! I love positivity. Lol
Whenever I'm feeling bad/upset my husband says, "Dont worry, there is an end.". I actually remember him saying that last time I was in labor and it does help knowing the bad will be overcome by the good in the end.
Trust your body, it knows what to do.
My fave is, "You're body was designed to do this." Knowing that helps me believe that I can do this!
Just getting "you'll make a great mum" from my mother, partner and nana makes any issues I've been having feel insignificant.
I love the positive thoughts! :) it's a great way to boost up confidence and to make it a natural wonderful birthing experience. :) thx for posting♡
My favorite one is" this is going to make you stronger you'll feel like super woman" which I got from my mother in law so it is near and dear to me :D I love when they come from the heart although the normal usual "you can do this" works just as well. Having some positive affirmations being said by you or birth partners helps a lot I think a lot of moms use them just might didn't see your post like me I'm just seeing it :D when people comment it bumps to the top .
I've been told that a woman's boby was built for this. That a toothache is worst and that once I have the baby I won't remember the pain.
They're just positive thoughts.
"You can do this"
"My body is amazing"
"I am capable. I am strong"
"Relax"
"Ride each surge like a wave"
"The power & intensity of your contractions csnnot be stronger than you because they are you"
"Surrender"
Ive never heard of it.lol
Really? No one else reads positive affirmations? lol
