Favorite birth affirmation!

So far what is your favorite birth affirmation? Mine is "There's a secret in our culture and it's not that birth is painful, it's that women are STRONG". I've ran across soooo many how every surge brings us one step closer to baby, etc...

Just curious which are your favs!  I think sometimes we dwell on the negative s and forget to focus on all the positives. So, thought this might be a fun uplifting thread.

I'll never forget when I had my son.. my dad kissed me on my forehead and told me, "It's worth all the pain in the world. In the end, you get to hold your baby and know what real love is all about." Then he chuckled and said, "at least that's what your mom told me!" Lol my parents have been my two strongest and affirming backbones for me. Without my mom, I don't think I would've been able to handle birth without an epidural or pain medicine.

Whenever I'm feeling bad/upset my husband says, "Dont worry, there is an end.". I actually remember him saying that last time I was in labor and it does help knowing the bad will be overcome by the good in the end.

My fave is, "You're body was designed to do this." Knowing that helps me believe that I can do this!

Just getting "you'll make a great mum" from my mother, partner and nana makes any issues I've been having feel insignificant.

My favorite one is" this is going to make you stronger you'll feel like super woman" which I got from my mother in law so it is  near and dear to me :D I love when they come from the heart although the normal usual "you can do this" works just as well. Having some positive affirmations being said by you or birth partners helps a lot I think a lot of moms use them just might didn't see your post like me I'm just seeing it :D when people comment it bumps to the top .

I've been told that a woman's boby was built for this. That a toothache is worst and that once I have the baby I won't remember the pain.

They're just positive thoughts.

"You can do this"
"My body is amazing"
"I am capable.  I am strong"
"Relax"
"Ride each surge like a wave"
"The power & intensity of your contractions csnnot be stronger than you because they are you"
"Surrender"
