preeclamplsia twice?

Has anyone been unlucky enough to have preeclamplsia twice? Did it start earlier then the first time? And how did you cope the second time when you had a child to care for? Would really love to hear what helped you get through it. Thanks

Thanks so much for replying. I've been on the aspirin and calcium since 6wks to try to prevent it but last appointment the hypertension had started and dr said I need to be prepared thata it's probably going to happen again. I've been really unwell over the weekend but I don't want to tell him because I don't want him to put me in hospital when I have a 14mth old to care for and limited family support. Really hoping I can get things to slow down before next appointment. Good to hear other people have been through it again and got through it ok :)

Yes I had it with 2 pregnancys this is my 4th & I'm staring to show signs again swollen hands & feet that won't go away, but my Dr. Put me on St.Josephs Baby aspirin 81mg everyday which is supposed to help I hope it does Cuz I always deliver at 36w b/c of the preclampsia but I try to eat fruits & veggies for snacks instead of unhealthy stuff all the time & I try to excercise when I can but that's hard with 3 kids tho but they keep me moving non stop
