Food Do's and Donts???

Hey yall!!

My diet is allll over the place lol. I love milk (almond milk or 2%) and loveeee to eat Mexican foods(steak chicken and shrimp fajitas)... i wanted to know if there's maybe a list of items i should watch out for that could harm the baby... My main concern is the type of milk and the shrimp from the Mexican food or just in general....im pretty much a healthier most of the time :)

I ate whatever I felt like during my two pregnancies ie soft yolk eggs, sushi, hummus and salami. ..now I have two amazing kids that eat everything and anything. Never had a problem. I reckon you should just trust yourself and eat what you feel like. There's a reason why you want the things you want.

I drink Almond milk too (good sou% center of calcium and other vitamins no matter what type of milk). I also have a spicy food addiction addiction nd shrimp fajitas is at the top of my list. I love sushi but stay away from any raw seafood, runny eggs, and unpasteurized cheeses.
