first time mommy

I'm only 4 weeks pregnant and cramping every once in a while is this normal

Cramps are also your digestive system adjusting.

Yes cramping is normal.  It's your uterus stretching

Thank goodness I was so worried I'm not bleeding not even spotting so good my baby is OK I've tried to get pregnant for 3 years and trying to be very carefully

Im not a first time mom but my daughters almost 4 so things like cramping in the beginning Ive forgotten about until now... haha. Im 5 weeks and 2 days and am cramping a bit each day. I was worried but Im trying to relax.

Im seven weeks and have been cramping since I found out that I was pregnant at three weeks.  Its normal as long as you arent bleeding.

Yes! It's very normal and you'll most likely experience it for the next few weeks occasionally too.
