I haven't taken any my whole pregnancy.  I'm 29 weeks. And my baby is healthy. I feel vitamins don't really do much for you so why take them.

Fish oil tablets are perfect to be taking as well, they help mum plus fantastic for bubs! Dont stress some people cant take them due to reactions from them! Bubs will be fine!

Dont worry about it.  Nothing you can do, just start taking them. I use to  forget sometimes to. I think it helps to put them in a place you always have to look at every day so you see them and take them. I have mine by my chargers, I have to charge my tablet, and cell phone every day so I see them and take one:) Good luck momma♡ am sure baby is fine just dont forget them any more;)
