I'm in Michigan,  and an normally moderately active. I try to walk on days that are warmer than 25 with sun and no wind (maybe once a week if lucky) and i try to stretch and do some yoga moves a few times a week. That keeps me loose enough floor now

30 weeks from MD. Its cold here and it seems like mother nature will not give us a break on snow. I'm not a fan of winter but at this point I'll take the cold air as long as its not snowing!! I'm so over this snow...

I live in Canada, and I feel the same way. But if you bundle up, it's not so bad. If you can find somewhere indoors to walk around, you'll get some exercise and won't have to be out in the cold for long. I live close to a university, so I walk around there, and I don't feel out of place because lots of people are walking around.
