Try coconut water. That will hydrate you.
Gatorade is for people who work up a sweat. It restores salt and electrolytes that you burn off through exercise. You need those things, but if you're just doing normal stuff, you don't really need the extra. Just drink water when you can. If you don't like the taste, you could add lime juice for flavouring.

I stopped drinking Gatorade fr hydration. Dr said not to risk relaying on gatorade it has to much sugar i dnt need. So im drinking lots, lots nd lits of water. **Yes once in a while a coke (my addiction) cup of coffee (too much caffeine:/ ) n gatorade.
Sugars and salts will give you a thirst reaction, even if you are being hydrated. Best to use water to hydrate.

The only thing with Gatorade is that if you aren't working out the extra calories can be bad. If you look at the bottle and do the math a bottle of Gatorade has as many calories as a meal. That being said I love riptide rush and drink it just watered down so I feel like I am getting it lol.
Powerade also keeps you hydrated (: but gatorade does too & yes water too. Drinking alottt of water is good!
Water keeps you hydrated. Gatorade contains electrolytes. It helps you too. You should drink water along with Gatorade. Not just Gatorade.

I drink it when My mouth is dry and cus it tastes good. I think it's supposed to keep you hydrated.
