braxton hicks or...
Im 38 wks 4 days and for the past 30 minutes ive been getting bh's about every 3 minutes and they last 1minutes. I only have slight lower back ache when Im sitting down.
Are they just bh's, or maybe something more? Ive never had them this frequent before

I'm also 38 weeks and 5 days and I've been getting BH contractions all day yesterday my stomach gets really hard and then I get a sharp cramp in my vagina. But then they go away. Usually I get 2 contractions back to back.

5 or more in "one" single hour, are more then your average Braxton hicks contractions and should be monitored, call your doctor as well!! Hopefully this is the "real thing" :-)
Every 3 minutes?? Then that's not Braxton Hicks, those sound like actual contractions! Try walking, drinking water and laying down...if while in the process these contractions progress, go to the hospital to see if you are dilated.
