Is lactose free milk better for me than skim milk if I have gestational diabetes?
Lactose free milk is the same as regular milk. I'm lactose intolerant but don't have diabetes. I drink whole Lactose milk.
Since sugars are not good and neither are carbs because they break down into sugar, I would choose whichever has the least amount of carbs.
