VBAC

I'm currently 34 weeks today with my second child.  My daughter was an emergency c section due to being breeched and in disstress.  I asked my doctor about having a vbac and he told me I was capable of doing so.  Has anyone had a c section with a successful vbac with second child?  I'm just very nervous about pushing and tearing open my incision.

Honestly if my dr would allow me to try a vbac, i would love to. This pregnancy and last he wont do it due to risks but i say if your dr is willing to let you try then you should try especially if your wanting to. Yes there are risks but there is risks to anything you do. Whether its a csection or not. Just my opinion.

I've been chatting with a doula for awhile now and she reassures me that everything will be fine and that I'm a good canidate.  But there's always those negative thoughts in the back of my mind.

Please don't worry. I'm only 13 weeks And have been researching my vbac since I had my last baby 3 years ago lol. The risk is super low and most doctorshave never seen a rupture. If you can iI would look for your local ICan chapter and they can give u some great tips and things to ease your mind. Also I found the vbac facts community on Facebook and its been a huge help. Good luck! You can do it!!!
