hemorroid removal post delivery?

Tmi but had small hemorroids pre delivery and pushing made them grape size and so painful. Has anyone had any form of hemorroidectomy? Laser, elastic band, etc? I can't live with these. They hurt too much, they're difficult to go to bathroom and wipe and interfere with my sex life.
Tucks wipes, medicated ointments, stool softeners barely do anything.

More tmi but I had my 1 week check up postpartum today. My Dr actually put his finger up my butt and pushed it back in. He said it's a bad one but not thrombosed which would be dark like purple. He said laying on left side and pushing it back in slowly with lube helps to deflate it each time. It's already working. Super awkward getting a finger up your butt on your birthday by 70 year old man!! LOL that's the most action I got on my bday.
Also preparation H cooling gel is a better form of witch hazel that stays put on them better than just a wipe or cotton with WH on it. Good luck! Oh he also said if having more kids doesn't recommend hemmoroidectomy

I was just looking into this myself! Seems that the procedure is expensive but covered by insurance. I know its gross and tmi but I just want that part of my body to be normal
