The day has finally come. It was a long road. My water broke at 26 weeks the doctors wanted to induce me at 34 weeks which was successful. Went to l and d at 1245am. The cervadil started at 345am contractions started an hour later. I was checked 24 hours later and was 1 cm and 70% effaced. I was then given the epidural and pitocin. Was one pitocin for about 4 hours and made it to 4cm and 80% effaced. I was having contractions but wasn't dilating. The baby heart rate was decreasing and the doctor decided to do a c section for the health of me and the baby. I also had marginal placenta previa. Went to the Or at 930 my baby boy was born at 1010pm. He weighed 5!!! He has a breathing tube but overall he is fine. I am so in love
