Headaches

I am 9 weeks pregnant, with my first. And have been suffering from bad headaches that can last all day. Does anyone have any miracle cures or strategies to help?

I ad terrible headaches that started just about when I was 8 weeks up until around my 13th week, I still have them ever so often but they aren't as bad as they were before, I have found that putting a cold cloth on my head and lying down helps a lot

Aww. I had headaches throughout my entire first trimester. Would last for DAYS! it drove me nuts. I was desperate and nothing really worked. My Dr. prescribed me fioricet. It worked as long as took it  when the headache started. If i let it linger too long, the pill wouldn't help. Maybe you can ask your Dr for a prescription?

If you are working and sleeping through them isn't possible like when i was pregnant with my first check put how much water you are drinking. You probably need to drink more. Also a good walk after work does wonders for clearing your head. I know you probably dont feel like walking much though!

Hey hun I been thru those horrible head aches and still go thru them now some times. Best thing is to just close ur eyes sleep in a dark room with no noise nothing away from disturbance try some green tea and also keep ur mind stress free hopefully that will help. X
