In Dallas,  I think you can rely on it being HOT in August,  and hot in September.  So summer clothes for 0-3 months.

The thing is,  you don't have to have a lot of clothes planned out when you have a baby.  You can just start with what you need when she's born,  and buy from there.  If she's bigger than average she may not wear her 03 month clothes at all.

I live in Dallas tx. Actually this weather over here is crazy. Should I buy more 0-3 months clothes or newborn? Plus I'm not having a baby shower so I rather just get what I need

Somewhere for the baby to sleep like a Crib , carseat, baby swing could be a savior ,blankets , diapers &wipes , bibs , socks , onesies in different sizes & other clothes iof you're choice , the baby grooming & aid kit , bottles , bottle cleaner & I think that's about it .

Diapers, rash cream, wipes, plenty of long sleeve onsies (they are the most comfortable in my opinion), bibs (they drool a lot when teething!),swaddle blankets, pacifier, baby soap for bath time, I like to use coconut oil on my kids after bath time and they love the massage, etc. Congrats on your bundle of joy:)

My daughter is due August 5th. I have a lot of onesies from my first date. Anything cloth and cotton will do. It's really depends on where you are? I'm in Maryland. It's already hot here but onesies are always a safe bet. At night long sleeve onesies and dress-like pjs. Remember the baby will be used to being in your belly where it's warm. Rule of thumb my doctor told me was... If I was hot/warm then baby is too. If I was cold then baby probably is too.
Hope that helps.
