Glucose test

How many of you got a phone call saying your high normal for not having pregnancy diabetes but still want you to do the 2 hour test. For a normal pregnancy is 7 point something and if you have it it's 11 point something. I'm an 8 point something. I only remember the main number. He doesn't think I have it since it's closer to normal but still wants me to do the 2 hour. Who has gotten that call saying your a high normal and your test was fine after the 2 hour. Even though it's different diabetes does run in my family

With the first time I was allowed to eat and this time he said fast for 12 and have to do for 2 hours. I can't imagine doing the 4 hours

I had this happen with my first pregnancy.  They are serious about not eating anything and I did eat a little something hours before the test. So, do complete fasting if you didn't.  I took the shorter test and failed and then had to do the 4 hour test.  Came back normal/ no problems.  Try not to worry.  good luck
