Cysts on left Ovary

Hi. I have just had my 12 weeks scan. I'm 14 weeks exactly. Due on the 22nd November. I have been having pain on my left side now and then when I move suddenly. The sonographer said it's because I have a cyst there, she reassured me it was quite normal at this stage of pregnancy. She then said it'll hurt when it pops which has frightened the life out of me. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I'm so worried. I have to see a consultant about it too.

I developed a cyst the size of a golf ball on my ovary when I was pregnant with my son. It did not impact the pregnancy at all. My doctor surgically removed it after he was born. Baby was completely healthy.

My ovaries are covered in them. .
It is very painful when they burst but you will get through it. .
I went to the hospital 2 weeks ago becsuse i didn't know what the pain was and i was bleeding.
Turns out the 2 were completely unrelated. Try not to stress too much. I found putting pressure on the painful spot helped heaps. Don't be afraid to take some Panamax or something like that to get through it.
