Nothing wrong with what your eating. I wish I could eat. I'm 20 wks and I have lost 2kgs. Can't keep anything down. I envy ladies that can enjoy their food. The most I can eat is 2 spoonfulls of rice before I get so full and start feeling queezy.
Don't feel bad. Since this isn't your normal diet, one day of it will not hurt baby. The baby will get everything it needs from your stores. Plus the things you ate still provided some nutrients. Not to worry. :)
