Holy heart burn Batman!

I'm almost 17 weeks with my third and having the worst heart burn. I've pretty much been dealing with this since 8 weeks. Is anyone else dealing with this and what are you doing/does it help? Tums, zantac, and peppermint oil don't seem to really help me.

I've been dealing with acid reflux since about week 4 - the only thing I do is drink cold water and peppermint tea. It doesn't help very much, but I don't want to take any type of medicine so it's really all I feel I can do. And I sleep with my head propped up, well usually half my body propped up. Hope it gets better.

OK, so for me, I just drink milk in varying forms... Milkshake, warm milk, cold milk, milk and banana smoothie. Ect. Also, eat small meals, stay away from spicy food and if lying down, do so propped up slightly on your left side. All these things have made heartburn so much easier. I've noticed a vast difference x

Same here I gulp chocolate milk like there's no tomorrow. With my first I kept waking up around 2 or 3am with bad heart burn chocolate milk with ice was the only thing that helped with a full dose of Tums. I'm 11 weeks now with my 2nd and that seems to do the trick when I get heart burn

I literally got heartburn from water early on. I finally got to a point where water doesn't make me run for the Tums, thank goodness because water is pretty important. At least we can all be miserable together. I'll definitely have to try some pickle juice and peppermint tea, just not together!
