I have no idea what to pack in my hospital bag. Im 31 weeks and lost lol

Toiletries, going home outfit for you and baby, hair ties if u have long hair, chap stick, nursing bras if u plan to breastfeed, nipple cream (breastfeeding) and robe or night gown with easy openings (button or zipper) again if u plan to breastfeed/walk halls, and slippers or flip flops for walking halls during labor. I've also heard to bring a sweater or something for after delivery cuz hospitals can br cold after delivery. I'd also check your hospital website for more suggestions, I was given a check list when I pre registered with the hospital
Lol I felt the same way. First id suggest looking at your hospital website to see if they provide anything to avoid over packing. Also I looked on pintrest a practical list hospital bags and just went and bought travel size toiletries ! :-) good luck
