Put a hot rag on your forehead and a cols one on your neck. **** all lights off and lay down to relax. A warm bath helps my migraines too. If you use a heating pad make sure to wet a rage and put that between your skin and heating pad to add moisture back into your muscles. This will help keep them flexible. If none of these work I'm not sure what else to suggest. :-( good luck!

Rest drink some water if u really need to take Tylenol but I want take it since there linking it to causing adhd
