How far along would you think you are? Weight gain usually wouldnt start until 13+ weeks, at least considerable. I have never known women to get a temperature when pregnant. Also nausea usually starts around 6-7 weeks. Also remember the pill can cause weight gain. Have you switched birth control? Also being so irregular could be what's causing all this.
I would still take a test or go to a doctor for the blood test if you really think your pregnant as you dont want to take the pill if you are.
That is quite reassuring, thanks :) (I wasn't planning on getting pregnant any time soon).
I don't think I would be that far along, because about a month ago I still got my last period. However, apparently because of the pill, even this isn't a surefire way to know I wasn't pregnant before that. And my partner or I never noticed a condom breaking. Then again we don't carefully inspect the thing after using it.
In the past 3 weeks I gained about 7 pounds, so for me that is considerable, but may be it is just the irregular pill taking. I haven't switched though. I read nausea could start from the first weak, but hopefully I'm just getting the flu. It comes with acid reflux though. Oh and I have to pee a lot... maybe I'm just paranoid.
Why not just see a dr and take a blood test? Thats the most accurate way to find out for once and for all :) good luck!!
Actually the weight gain thing starting in week 13 isn't true. I gained about 15 pounds in the first 6 weeks . That was my first symptom of being pregnant. I never had morning sickness, sore boobs, or any other symptoms. I also couldn't get a +hpt I had to get a blood test
The morning sickness can start almost anytime after implantation, weight gain is possible, elevated temp yes but marginal, breast tenderness yes but can be from period too. Bottom line theres a whole rainbow of possible symptoms that may or may not show up every pregnancy is different just like every woman is different. I would take a pregnancy test or go to the doc for blood test. Blood test will show few days before hpt will but both look for the very specific hcg hormone. Only way u should get a false positive is from a few medications bc not being one of them.
You need to take a test. Birth control will not effect the result.
Thank you all for your advice! I'll go buy a test today, and maybe an extra one to be sure.
I had tender breasts and bad nausea in the evening time and I was only 1 week after missed period!!! This is my 4th child and never had any of this before.:) buy two tests my first one was very faint and 3 days later on Xmas day it was definitely positive :)
