I had the same worries with my first pregnancy and although my Dr offered me antidepressants, I opted for more exercise and fresh fruits and veggies to get me through it. Making sure you communicate this to your dr, significant other or close family member helps too. I wish you well!

I wouldn't say i am depressed with this pregnancy but i am very emotional. Something that does help me is exercise and healthy eatting. I just walk alone everyday and do yoga or stretching in the evenings. I think it is important for myself to take that time just for me and focus on myself and this baby. Good luck :)

I suffer fro depression and have stoped medication from the beginning of the pregnancy. For me, having extremely supportive partner helpes. I am also going to have a few counselling sessions. I had counselling in the past and it is a very good help. Analyze your mood all the time and soon as you think it is more just the hormons....ask for help from your doctor.....
