How long should I continue trying to concieve before I get help?

I am a healthy 26 year old who suffered an ectopic pregnancy in July. My tube burst and I ended up in emergency surgery and a had blood transfusion as a result.  I have been trying to concieve again since then with no luck. I have used opk that show positive that I'm ovulating and my periods have been 27-30 days apart so pretty normal. When should I see a Dr and get help?

You make a really good point pooklet123. same thing happened to my friend. She tried all these different things but didn't get pregnant until She stopped trying.

I'm no expert, and this is purely anecdotal, but I've found people I know had an easier time conceiving if they "stopped trying".  They just stopped thinking about it, and it happened.  Lots of children are conceived on vacation for that reason! Everyone is more relaxed.  Also, having that happen in July, your body might not be ready yet.  You're young, I don't think there's any reason to panic quite yet.  I know someone who had to pay $10,000 for IVF, when there was absolutely nothing wrong with her, she was just normally a high strung person who was trying too hard and thinking about it too much.
